CANCELLATION POLICY

At Face and Glow, we value your time and strive to provide exceptional service. To ensure fairness and respect for all clients, we have implemented the following cancellation policy: 1. Non-Refundable Deposits: • All deposits are non-refundable but can be applied to a future visit if you cancel or reschedule 48 hours or more before your appointment. 2. Cancellations Within 48 Hours: • If you cancel within 48 hours of your scheduled appointment, your deposit will be forfeited and cannot be applied to a future visit. 3. No-Shows: • If you fail to show up for your appointment without notice, 50% of the scheduled service cost will be charged to the card on file. • As a courtesy, the charged amount can be applied as a credit toward a future service, which must be used within 3 months of the no-show date.
